Adjustments (discounts and increases) are applied cumulatively according to levels shown in the following table. Level 1 adjustments are applied first, while Level 4 adjustments are applied last. Adjustments at the same level are applied in the order they are set up.

EXAMPLE:
Fuel Buyer A has an initial gross price of $100. His supplier has offered him a 10% discount level 1 adjustment on a specific product at a specific terminal.
Fuel Buyer A also has a $20 level 2 discount adjustment that is available for the specified product at all terminals.
The level 1 adjustment is applied, bringing the product’s price to $90. Next, the level 2 adjustment is applied, bringing the product’s final adjusted price to $70.
