Legacy PricePoint
If I want to receive prices from a certain terminal, do I need to activate it in Price Management > Activate Terminals?
No. You should start to receive pricing from that terminal automatically. Activate Terminals is for when you don’t normally receive pricing from a certain terminal, but you would like to use it in your Price Formulas or when you manually enter a price.
I manually download prices from PricePoint every day. Can I do this in Fuel Buyer Exports?
Yes, You can download prices from Fuel Buyer Exports as often as you like. Any of the Support Analysts at the Fuel Buyer Help Desk can assist you if you have questions.
Can I see my DataConnect mailbox in Fuel Buyer?
DataConnect is set up as a separate login, but we can add the DataConnect tab to your Fuel Buyer account. Please note that your price messages are available on your Price Messages page in Fuel Buyer.
Does the FTP file work the same?
The process is the same, but the file will be routed to a separate FTP folder. Your process for pulling in the files will need to be updated with the new FTP credentials (user name and password).
Do I have to recreate my price adjustments and/or price formulas?
Yes, formulas and adjustments need to be created in Fuel Buyer.
Do I have to recreate my cross references for my back office?
